A little about me

I'm an HR-nerd with 20+ years international experience, from both private and public sectors, who is passionate about developing potential, knowledge-sharing and positive relationships among leaders and employees. I combine evidence-based tools, a marketing perspective  and a genuine love for people, to lift employer branding, recruiting and leadership development. These tools can also be used to solve challenges with sick-leave, performance and difficult personell cases.

The goal is to create a better work environment, where we make eachother better, well-being increases - and the bottom line increases as a result.
