Package 2: Steady leadership

– Ongoing advisory support and sparring

– Support in difficult assessments

– Availability when needed

– Structure before issues escalate

 

Price: NOK 20,000–35,000 per month

 

Typically used for:

– Leadership support

– Prevention of absence and burnout

– Stability during change and growth

 

 

Package 3: When it really matters

 

For organizations facing a difficult situation right now

 

Includes:

– Targeted expert help

– Neutral, professional assessment

– Support in high-risk people cases

 

Pricing:

– Hourly or project-based

– Parts or all of the cost may, in some cases, be covered through NAV

 

Typically used when:

– The situation has become stuck

– The consequences are significant

– Decisions are difficult and high-stakes
