  • Hourly rate - negotiable and depending on scope/time

  • Daily rate example - 9000,- + mva

  • Examples monthly: (based on normal hourly rate)

    • @ 20% = 41.700,- + mva

    • @ 30% = 62.550,- + mva 

    • @ 40% = 83.400,- + mva

    • @ 50% = 104.250,- + mva

    • @ 60% = 125.100,- + mva

    • @ 70% = 145.950,- + mva

I will always discuss changes in scope before starting any additional hours than those agreed upon. 

Keep in mind: If I set up and structure an HR function, or "clean up" an existing mess, you may need less going forward. Especially if you are a small/medium organization.
